Big Five Balloon Vase

Thabo Mbhele has sculpted the Big Five African animals on the rim of George Manyathela’s balloon shaped vessel. Mickey Chonco has painted the piece in pastel shades with an elegant and serene beauty that reminds one of early, cool dawn in the bush when the dew is out and the sweet fragrance of morning permeates before the hot sun beats down.
